FTISLAND Kick Off Tour Of In Taipei

K-pop band FTISLAND has begun their tour of Asia starting with a concert in Taipei this past Saturday at the Nangang Exhibition Center.
 
The group performed several songs from their new album, “I Will,” which was released in March. Songs that they performed included, “Pray,” “Black Chocolate,” “BPM69,” “Do You Know Why?” and “Hey Girl.”
When FT Island began their song, “Stay,” fans prepared a special banner that read, ‘Already Eight Years, We are always on your side!’ and sang along in unison to the song.
During the performance of their song, “To The Light,” fans also held lights to show their support for the band.
This visit marks the group’s sixth visit to Taiwan and has continued to receive much spotlight from local media and news each time.

FT Island will be heading to Seoul, Hong Kong, Japan, China and other parts of Asia to continue their tour.

FTISLAND Poses For NYLON

 

Band FTISLAND posed for a fashion magazine.
FTISLAND recently filmed a photo shoot with the fashion magazine NYLON for its June edition. The photo shoot was filmed with a black and white concept.
The members showed charisma and relaxed poses like the experienced models they are.
"When we went overseas, it was kind of disappointing that we were known to have the same type of music as other artists," said FTISLAND. "We want to show music that only we can do."
FTISLAND will be holding their Asia tour 'WE WILL' starting Saturday in Taiwan.

Taka Of Japanese Rock Band ONE OK ROCK Takes Over Production Duties On FTISLAND's 'Primavera'

The title song, “Primavera,” was written by vocal Lee Hongki and was produced by popular Japanese rock band ONE OK ROCK’s vocalist Taka.
ONE OK ROCK has performed many times in Korea and has a strong fan base as well. Taka has also helped produce another song called, “My Birthday” as well.
Fans were pleasantly surprised at the different music style for their new title track.
“I was originally expecting something rock form Hongki and Taka’s collaboration,” wrote user 1passingby1 posted on the “Primavera” music video on youtube three weeks ago. “Instead we got something really sweet.”
Others who don’t usually listen to the band also listened to their new album after hearing about the collaboration with Taka.
“I don’t listen to FTISLAND, but I will listen to their new Japanese album since they worked with Taka,” wrote user Karmie Nakajima on the video as well.
Other members of the band also participated in the making of the album and gained much attention from fans.
This album also celebrates their fifth anniversary since debuting in Japan back in 2010.
They will also begin their fifth anniversary arena tour in Japan starting in Tokyo on May 27. They will continue until July and finish at the Kanagawa Yokohama Arena on July 20.
This album will release four different versions tomorrow.

Dikenal sebagai idol yang selalu bicara apa adanya, baru-baru ini Hongki mengaku terkena bisul. Karena bisulnya tersebut, vokalis F.T. Island ini harus menjalani operasi di pantatnya.

Karena sakit dan parahnya bisul tersebut, Hongki sampai harus menjalani dua kali operasi pantat. "Setelah itu, mereka (member F.T. Island) terus Hongki Jong Gi (bisul)," beber Hongki.

Di sisi lain, Hongki bersama dengan F.T. Island saat ini sedang sibuk mempromosikan album comeback mereka, "I Will". Sejak beberapa waktu lalu, F.T. Island tampil di beberapa acara musik dan radio sekaligus variety show untuk mempromosikan album tersebut.
